Syverson Monteyne Architecture ( SMARC ), has been in operation since 1994. In order to maintain closer, more direct contact between client and architect we have maintained a lean core of office staff . We can and do hire consultants as required to meet the specific needs of individual contracts but we always remain actively engaged in every facet of the project from conceptual design to ribbon-cutting. Our easy accessibility, combined with our broad design and project delivery experience and fully integrated CAD technology, enable us to be responsive to a client’s needs, and to deliver when expected, aesthetically pleasing projects that cost what they are supposed to.

In addition to all design and working drawing production, we regularly produce computer generated and traditional architectural models, renderings, image manipulation, and desktop publishing. As opposed to simply using models as a final presentation tool, we work with physical and computer generated models as an integral part of the design and communication process. The use of models as a means of developing appropriate three dimensional solutions has, in our experience, proved to be an extremely efficient asset in helping clients, as well as ourselves, visualize and understand the proposed spaces, both inside and out.
